File: Raw pointing standard export

Object of the interface

New The interface makes it possible to extract the raw clocking available from the employee and the supervisor/manager in Timesquare so as to make the expected information available in a text file that can be read and interpreted by a third-party software solution. This export can be done on demand or automatically.

File name

The file name is free (Text + extension), but once it has been defined in the export setup it should not
be changed.

Separator between two information

The separator between two pieces of information is the semicolon (;).

Description of the file content

	Field name	Notes
1	Employee ID	Alphanumerical, Employee number, payroll ID, etc.
2	Pointing date	According to the selected format
3	Pointing hour	According to the selected format
4	Employee or supervisoir/manager pointing	0 for employee, 1 for supervisor / manager

Rules

• The exported lines are sorted in ascending order of the identifier (employee ID, payroll number, identifier, etc.), then in order of date and in order of time of the pointing.

• The list of employees proposed at the time of execution of the export contains only the
  employees of the selected structure and who have an active contract for at least one day of
  the selected period.
