Object of the interface
The interface allows you to import schedule patterns to Timesquare. The principle is to make the expected information available in a text file which will be read and interpreted by the interface so as to update the database..

File name
The name of the file is up to the user (label + extension) but once defined in the setting of the import, it must not change anymore.
Examples: SchedulePatterns_A.txt, SchedulePatterns_Timesquare.001, SchedulePatterns.csv.

Rules
- If the schedule pattern concerns a person, the employee ID is mandatory and the structure code must be empty. If the schedule pattern concerns a structure, the structure code is mandatory and the employee ID must be empty.
- The maximum number of tasks allowed in a template is 13.
- Fields 20 to 79 are optional.
- Fields 01 to 09 are useful for creating the pattern and filling in the information available in the
pattern creation panel.
The imported models cannot be models with variable limits, they are therefore created in the
database so that the “BORNES_VARIABLES” field of the “Modele_horaire” table takes the value
0. - Field 10 allows you to indicate the number of the pattern day concerned by fields 11 to 79.
Note: It must take the value 1 for a daily pattern, 7 for a weekly pattern or n with n> 1 and
different from 7 for a periodic pattern. - When creating a weekly or periodic pattern, there are as many rows as there are non-empty
days for the pattern and for each of these rows, fields 01 to 09 are filled in identically. - When creating a pattern, field 03 or 04 must be entered.
- During a modification, only the pattern code #01 and the fields to be modified are mandatory
among fields 01 to 09. In that case, fields 03 or 04 must be empty. - Fields 11 to 15 are used to define the fixed or telecommuting characteristics of the ranges of
the day concerned. - Tasks are all considered fixed.
- Fields 16 to 79 contain the information to be inserted as:
- Rest day
- Day of absence
- Partial absence
- Task
- Beware of task codes, absences or calendar, make sure that they are all available at the creation
level of the schedules pattern.- Calendar not available: the pattern cannot be created
- Task not available code: task not assigned
- Absence code not available: the schedules pattern day cannot be created, the row is rejected
- The import cancels and replaces the existing schedule pattern day.
Work periods, partial absences, days of complete absences or rest are replaced by the data
which is imported. - A work period or a partial absence period must necessarily start and end at a multiple time of
the schedule granularity to be imported. - To enter a rest, it is necessary to enter the day change time for the start time and the day change time for the end time.
