File: User accounts standard export

Object of the interface

The interface makes it possible to extract the user acounts available in Timesquare® so as to make the expected information available in a text file that can be read and interpreted by a third-party software solution. This export can be done on demand or automatically.

File name

The file name is free (Text + extension), but once it has been defined in the export setup it should not
be changed.

Examples: user.txt, Actual_Timesquare.001.

Format

Text. UTF-8 encoding.

Separator between two information

The separator between two pieces of information is the semicolon (;).

Rules

I can select the columns I want to export. Furthermore, the columns can be sorted in order of preference using the arrows at the end of each row.

• If several roles are assigned for the same user account, there will be as many lines as there are
  roles assigned.
• If a user has an employee type account (My Timesquare) and another type application /
  manager or manager, two lines also appear in the export.
• The header line of the file has information from the fields presented.
