4 - Copy the selection of reference days and / or changes and apply to one or several calculated tasks

5 - Select the employees to be calculated from among the employees available in the selected structures on the reference date
6 - Select the tasks to be calculated from among the tasks available in the selected structures
7 - Select the calculated days
8 - Specify the engine settings, the retention of rest days, ignoring parameters that cannot be respected for people partially off-contract, the maximum legalization duration for a person, and the calculation optimization.

Non-calculable employees among those selected, among those that were selected, that is to say, those that were included in the calculation but which do not have a contract or skill linking them to a task over the period. -
Employees with particularity, that is to say employees with inconsistent settings but not preventing the calculation of the schedule. If its schedule is legal, it will be optimized in the case of an optimization calculation. -
Employees with inconsistency on fixed element due to manual entry (fixed element), appears when an element or rule has been entered manually on an employee's schedule before the calculation and does not allow the rules set to be respected. Note: these employees are not necessarily non-optimizable. -
Non-optimizable employees, which are illegal due to variable elements. -
Non-validatable employees, the schedules of these people cannot be validated due to the setting of blocking illegalities.
How to deal with a non-optimized / illegal employee?
1 - See the non-optimizable employee’s schedule
2 - View compiled settings
3 - Manually modify the employee's schedule
4 - Test the legality
5 - Change the setting that prevents legalization
6 - Delete the schedule
7 - Launch the schedule calculation again
