Object of the interface
The interface makes it possible to extract absences from the initial schedule available in Timesquare® so as to provide the expected information in a text file that can be read and interpreted by a third-party solution. This export can be done on demand or automatically.

File name
The file can be named in several ways depending on whether Timesquare generates a different file for each day or a single file containing one or more days of absence.
The file name is free (label + extension) but once defined in the export settings, it should not change.
Examples: Absence_A.txt, Absences_Timesquare.001, Absence.csv.
Format
Text. UTF-8 encoding.
Separator between two information
The separator between two pieces of information is the semicolon (;).
